Return Policy Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned (online or in-store):
- Sale items
- Surfboards
- Artwork
- Books
- Music
Online Purchase Returns
- Return window: 21 days from purchase date
- Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached
- Return options:
- Store credit: Receive an additional $10 bonus credit (no processing fee)
- Original payment method refund: $6 processing fee applies
Note: Store credit offers the best value with a $10 bonus and no processing fees.
Due to the costly nature of shipping, international returns must be shipped at the customers' expense.
In-Store Returns
- 21-day return window from date of purchase
- Original receipt required
- Returns processed as store credit only
Exchange Options
- Available at all locations: San Francisco, Santa Barbara, and Venice Beach
- Process through our online return portal
- Receive a $10 store credit bonus for online exchanges
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item:
- Initiate a return through our return portal
- Include with your return:
- Order number
- Description of ordered item
- Description of received item
- Correct item will ship upon receipt of return
- Full refund provided if item is no longer available
Gift Returns
- All gift returns processed as store credit
- Must be unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise
- Original tags must be attached
- Process through our return portal using the 'received a gift' option
