Online Returns and Exchange Policy:
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned through our return portal within 21 days of the original purchase. Refunds can be issued in the form of store credit or original payment. Returns for a refund have a $6.00 processing fee. Online returns for store credit receive a $10 bonus credit and have no processing fee. Shipping will be refunded only if we sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective. Due to the costly nature of shipping, international returns must be shipped at the customers' expense.

Return Policy for In-Store Purchases:
In-store purchases can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Exchanges must be made within 21 days of the original purchase date with the original receipt. Store credit will be issued for returns.
Sale items, surfboards, artwork, books, music, and videos are not eligible for return.
