Online Returns Policy:
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned by mail if we receive the item within 30 days of the original purchase. Returns may take up to 14 days to process. Refunds can be issued in the form of store credit or original payment. Shipping will be refunded only if we sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective. Due to the costly nature of shipping, international returns must be shipped at the customers' expense.
Sale items, surfboards, artwork, books, music, and videos are not eligible for return.
